Dr. Zhu brings nearly 30 years of interdisciplinary experience in the United States spanning medical practice, biomedical research, and healthcare business management. She previously led clinical and translational programs at the University of Pennsylvania, the American College of Radiology, and Sanofi, driving development of imaging biomarkers, radiopharmaceuticals, medical devices, and innovative therapeutics.She has extensive R&D expertise in oncology, CNS disorders, and medical imaging, and has led multiple U.S. IND and NDA submissions from translational research through FDA approval. Dr. Zhu also advises biopharma and MedTech companies on global clinical development and has collaborated widely with Chinese institutions to advance oncology rehabilitation, palliative care, and integrated healthcare models. Her academic and advisory roles span leading hospitals, national associations, and research organizations across China.
