Dr. Xia is an accomplished biostatistician with deep expertise in statistical strategy for oncology programs across Phases I–III, including IND/NDA submissions and real-world evidence. She has contributed to two FDA/EMA-approved NDAs and currently leads statistical strategy for hematologic oncology programs at Geron, playing a key role in recent regulatory approval and FDA Advisory Committee support. With a Ph.D. in Statistics and strong financial acumen—supported by training in financial engineering and CFA Level II—Dr. Xia brings a rare blend of quantitative rigor and strategic insight that strengthens clinical development, due diligence, and data-driven decision-making.
